§ 32.070 CREATION.

There is hereby created the Department of Economic Development for the city, pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-12, the Department to be under the control of an appointed board to be known as the Economic Commission, which shall have all the powers and authority granted by the above mentioned statute.
