§ 151.03 NUISANCE.
   All buildings or portions thereof within the city which are determined after inspection by the Director to be unsafe as defined in § 151.07 hereinbelow are hereby declared to be public nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this section.
