For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. Any person, firm, corporation or association which shall engage as a principal in the business of entering into contracts for the installation or repair of any electrical wiring, electrical fixtures or other electrical work in buildings, and who shall furnish labor in so doing.
