§ 111.08 GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity to operate a vehicle for the collection and transportation of solid waste upon any street or alley within the city having a gross vehicle weight, including load, in excess of 50,000 pounds.
