§ 32.024 ENERGY UTILITIES SUPERINTENDENT.
    The municipally-owned electric and gas utilities shall be headed by the position titled Energy Utilities Superintendent, who shall be a person appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Common Council, acting as the Utility Board. The Energy Utilities Superintendent shall perform the duties of a superintendent of the municipally-owned electric and gas utilities, as required by the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city, and shall be subject to and report to the Utility Board of the city in its management and control of the various municipally-owned utilities.
