§ 32.023 WATER UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT.
   The municipally-owned water utility shall be headed by the position titled Water Utility Superintendent, who shall be a person appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Common Council, acting as the Utility Board. The Water Utility Superintendent shall perform the duties of a superintendent of the municipally-owned water utility, as required by the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city, and shall be subject to and report to the Utility Board of the city in its management and control of the various municipally-owned utilities.
