§ 98.11 KEEPING WILD ANIMALS; EXCEPTIONS.

(A) No person shall harbor, keep or permit to be harbored or kept on his or her premises any wild animal for any purpose, except as provided in division (B) below.

(B) This section shall not be construed to apply to zoological parks, circuses, performing animal exhibitions, or research laboratories.
