§ 96.05 BILLING PROCEDURE.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall bill the vehicle owner or responsible party for the total dollar value of the assistance that was provided in accordance with the foregoing schedule of charges. A copy of the fire incident report to the State Fire Marshal must accompany the bill.
   (B)   The billing must be rendered within 30 days after the assistance is provided.
   (C)   The owner or responsible party shall remit payment directly to the Clerk-Treasurer of the city.
