§ 32.001 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall have the powers and duties as provided for in I.C. 36-8-3-2 and I.C. 36-9-23-3 and other powers as may be properly delegated to it by the appropriate legislative or executive officials.
