It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association or any other entity to park, or cause to be parked on any of the public ways within the corporate limits of the city, any of the following:
(A) Any truck, tractor, semi-tractor, bus, house-trailer, or recreational vehicle, excepting pickup trucks with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 14,000 pounds or less;
(B) Any vehicle in excess of 19 feet (19') in length, or six feet six inches (6'6") in height, or seven feet (7') in width; or
(C) Any equipment or other vehicle of any description not licensed for operation on the public highways of the state.
