§ 93.36 RECOVERY OF EXPENSES AND DAMAGE.
   In addition to the penalty imposed by Chapter 34 for the violation of any provision of this subchapter, any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall also be liable to the city for damages and expenses incurred by the city by reason of the violation in a civil action brought for the purpose.
