§ 93.31 OPEN FIRES PROHIBITED.

(A) No person or persons shall ignite or maintain an open fire on the City Lake or adjoining lands owned by the city; provided, however, that charcoal fires contained in free standing fixtures and camp stoves shall be permitted for cooking purposes only.

(B) All charcoal fires shall be extinguished with water and the charcoal coals removed from the City Lake premises.
