(A) It shall be unlawful to hunt, trap or take any animal or wildlife in the City Lake or the adjoining lands owned by the city, with the exception of lawful fishing.
(B) The Mayor or Council of the city may, from time to time, authorize specific individuals or firms to hunt, trap or take animals as it may deem necessary for the protection and improvement of the lake property and its wildlife, in conformance with all other applicable provisions of state law.
