§ 93.25 LITTERING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, cause or allow to be thrown or disposed of in any similar manner, any trash, refuse, garbage or other discarded items in the City Lake or on the adjoining lands owned by the city, except in authorized litter receptacles maintained thereon.
