§ 93.24 VIOLATION OF BOATING RULES.

No person who is the owner of any boat, in possession of any boat or is entitled to the possession of any boat shall authorize or knowingly permit any person to operate that boat upon the waters of the City Lake in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
