§ 93.20 PASSENGER LIMITS.
   (A)   Any person operating a boat shall operate the same in a careful prudent manner, having due regard for the rights, safety and property of other persons.
   (B)   No person shall operate any boat which is loaded with passengers or cargo beyond its listed load capacity or if no load capacity is listed, its safe carrying capacity, having due regard for the type, construction and condition of the boat.
