Subject to restrictions set forth in this chapter, the following boats shall be permitted to operate upon the City Lake: conventional types of rowboats, paddle boats, canoes, sail boats and boats using electrically powered motors. The use of gasoline powered engines of any size on the City Lake is hereby prohibited. No boat shall be permitted to operate on the City Lake which is either less than six feet or greater than 20 feet in length.
