§ 93.01 DECLARATION OF CONTROL AND LIMITATIONS ON USE.
   (A)   The regulation and use of the facilities of the Huntingburg Municipal Park shall be under the exclusive supervision and control of the Park and Recreation Board of the city.
   (B)   The Park and Recreation Board shall cause to be prepared a compilation of the rules and regulations regarding the use of the facilities at the Huntingburg Municipal Park and shall provide the Clerk-Treasurer of the city with a sufficient supply of the documents for distribution to the public.
