In the event owner of the real estate has not abated the nuisance after notice given in accordance with § 92.04, and the city by its employees, agents or contractors has abated the nuisance in accordance with the foregoing sections, the city shall post a continuous abatement notice at the real estate at the time of initial abatement, which shall serve as notice to the owner that each subsequent violation during the same calendar year may be abated by the city, its agents or contractors without further notice.
