§ 92.03 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER CHARGED WITH ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Officer of the city to investigate any alleged violations of this chapter, and upon determining that a violation has occurred, to cause the abatement of such nuisance by following the procedures provided for in this chapter, or in any other manner as authorized by law.
