SCHEDULE X. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.

No person shall ride upon any roller skate, roller blade, in-line skate, scooter or any type of coaster in any of the following areas within the city.

5th Street Right-of-Way	South Boundary
Geiger Street Right-of-Way	East Boundary
VanBuren Street Right-of-Way	West Boundary
