(A) All streets or portions thereof situated within the corporate limits of the city, except for those set forth below, shall be subject to a speed limit of 25 mph for vehicular traffic traveling on the streets.

(B) The following streets are excepted from the speed limit for reason that the speed limit on the streets are governed by the statute of the laws of the state and must be set by state statute.
