(A) The movement of vehicular traffic on the following designated streets or portions thereof shall be limited to the direction as hereinafter provided.

(B) The movement of vehicular traffic on the following designated alleys or portions thereof shall be limited to the direction as hereinafter provided.

(C) The Street Commissioner of the city is hereby directed to cause signs to be posted and maintained at each intersection referred to which clearly indicates that the streets and/or alleys are limited to one-way traffic and the proper direction of traffic upon the streets and alleys.
