§ 71.15 PARK BOARD TO REGULATE TRAFFIC.

The Park and Recreation Board of the city is hereby delegated the authority from time to time to adopt such rules and regulations as it shall deem appropriate to regulate motorized vehicular traffic in the city parks, including, but not limited to, regulations pertaining to speed, stop intersections, directional traffic flow and parking.
