§ 70.18 NOTICE AND REMOVAL OF VEHICLES.
   In the event a snow emergency is declared, the Police Department and Street Department of the city are hereby ordered and directed to take steps as may be prudent and practical to notify each owner of vehicles in the restricted zones of the need to have their vehicles moved.
