The Street Commissioner of the city is hereby directed to cause signs to be posted and maintained along each of the streets listed above, indicating restrictions on parking in the event a snow emergency is declared, and further indicating that, in the event the emergency is declared, all vehicles are to be moved within one hour after the declaration of the snow emergency.
