There is established a fee in the sum of $100 for the first hour, or any part thereof, for private sanitary sewer lateral televised inspection by the city, and an additional fee of $100 per hour for each additional hour. The service shall be provided by city wastewater utility personnel during normal working hours (after hours, weekends and holidays specifically excluded) and as time permits. Requests for the service shall be made at least 24 hours in advance and shall be accompanied by a $100 deposit.
