§ 55.030 GRAVITY FLOW REQUIRED.
   (A)   In all buildings in which any building drain is too low to permit gravity flow to the public sewer, sanitary sewage carried by the drains shall be lifted by approval artificial means and discharged to the building sewer. No water operated sewage ejector shall be used.

   (B)   The owner shall, at the owner's cost and expense, maintain, repair and replace the building sewer, to an including the “Y” branch, ell, tapping saddle or any other apparatus used to connect the building sewer to the public sewer, in a tight and waterproof condition so as to prevent the escape of sewage and the infiltration of storm and surface runoff waters.
