§ 31.16 DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER.
   Pursuant to the authority of I.C. 36-4-11-4, the Clerk-Treasurer of the city is authorized to appoint one Deputy Clerk-Treasurer who shall have the power and duty to execute all documents required by any law or ordinance to be executed by the Clerk-Treasurer, and affix the seal of the city thereto whenever required.
