§ 31.15 FISCAL OFFICER AND CITY CLERK.
   The Clerk-Treasurer of the city shall be City Clerk and the Clerk-Treasurer of the city. The Clerk-Treasurer of the city shall have the powers and duties, as provided for in I.C. 36-4-10.
