§ 54.10 DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS.
   All fees and other moneys received pursuant to this chapter shall be considered operating revenues of the gas utility and shall be taken into the accounts of the utility and distributed in accordance herewith on file in the City Clerk-Treasurer's office, which provides for the issuance of gas utility revenue bonds.
