§ 54.08 RATES AND CHARGES.
   (A)   The rates and charges for the use of and services rendered by the municipally owned gas utility shall be as fixed from time to time by ordinance.
   (B)   The ordinance setting forth the rates and charges shall be available for public inspection at usual business hours in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
