(A) The National Fuel Gas Code, NFPA No. 54, in its latest revision, and all subsequent additions thereof, is hereby adopted as the standard for all gas installations served by the utility and is by reference thereto hereby made a part of this chapter to the extent as if recited in full herein. All installations shall be made in accordance therewith.
(B) Whenever the terms of this chapter are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms and provisions of the National Fuel Gas Code, NFPA No. 54, the requirements of the National Fuel Gas Code shall apply notwithstanding conflict with the provisions hereof.
