§ 53.25 PRIORITY OF SERVICE.

   (A)   Priority of service, in the event of mandatory curtailment, shall be as set forth below.

   (B)   The highest priority is Service Priority Class I and the lowest priority of service is Service Priority Class V.

      (1)   I. Human needs;

      (2)   II. Residential and living quarters;

      (3)   III. Commercial and industrial customers;

      (4)   IV. Schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions; and

      (5)   V. Dispensable uses and surplus capacity power.
