§ 36.210 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established a special fund within the City of Huntingburg to be known as the Youth Ballfield Fund for the purpose of accumulating donated funds to be used for the design, development, construction and maintenance of youth baseball and softball fields in the City of Huntingburg.
