(A) The Gateway Signage Fund shall consist of all contributions and donations made to the City of Huntingburg for the express purpose of paying the costs and expenses associated with the design, construction and maintenance of gateway signage at the entrances to the city.
(B) Funds in the Gateway Signage Fund may be expended for design, construction and maintenance of gateway signage as Board of Public Works and Safety of the city shall deem appropriate from time to time, subject to any specific instructions for the expenditure of the contributions as may be established by any donor of the funds, and subject further to the filing and approval of claims for the expenditure of funds in regular course.
