§ 36.191 CONTRIBUTIONS AND USE.

(A) The League Stadium Gift Shop Fund shall consist of all contributions and donations made to the city for the express purpose of expansion, improvement, and maintenance of the League Stadium gift shop within the city.

(B) Funds in the League Stadium Gift Shop Fund may be expended for the expansion, improvement, and maintenance of the League Stadium gift shop, as the Huntingburg Board of Parks and Recreation shall deem appropriate from time to time, subject to any specific instructions for the expenditure of the contributions as may be established by any donor of the funds, and subject further to the filing and approval of claims for the expenditure of funds in regular course.
