There is hereby established a special fund within the City of Huntingburg to be known as the Downtown Audio System Fund for the purpose of accumulating donated funds to be used for the purchase of the equipment, software, maintenance, and licensing fees associated with a public address and audio broadcast system for the Fourth Street and Market Street Park areas within the city.
