§ 52.25 MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE.
   The rates and charges for the use of an services rendered by the municipally-owned electric utility shall be as fixed, from time to time, by ordinance. The ordinance setting forth the rates and charges shall be available for public inspection at usual business hours in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
