§ 52.11 ENFORCEMENT.

   (A)   Every police officer and employee of the municipal water utility shall, in connection with his or her duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this subchapter.

   (B)   The Mayor or his or her designee shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this subchapter by the discontinuance of water service to any user or users in the event of violation of this subchapter.

   (C)   Upon declaring a water conservation emergency, the Mayor, depending upon the circumstances then existing, may invoke standards and restrictions less stringent than those established by §§ 52.07 through 52.09.
