§ 36.170 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established a special fund within the City of Huntingburg to be known as the Police Vehicle Donation Fund for the purpose of accumulating donated funds to be used for the purchase, equipping and accessorizing of police vehicles for the Huntingburg Police Department.
