(A) The Huntingburg Unified Development Ordinance, adopted on March 23, 2021 by Ord. No. 2021-08, and any subsequent supplements or amendments thereto, combining the city zoning and subdivision control ordinances, is hereby incorporated by reference into the City Code of Ordinances.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to maintain two copies of the Huntingburg Unified Development Ordinance, and any supplements or amendments thereto, in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to keep additional copies of the Huntingburg Unified Development Ordinance, and any supplements or amendments thereto, available for sale or distribution to the public at a cost of $0.10 per page, and shall cause the Unified Development Ordinance to be posted on the city website.
