§ 36.151 CONTRIBUTIONS AND USE.
   (A)   The Old Town Improvement Fund shall consist of all private contributions and donations made to the city for the express purpose of designing and constructing renovations and improvements to, and the maintenance of the city owned Old Town Hall for the safety, utility and convenience of the inhabitants of the city.
   (B)   Funds in the Old Town Hall Improvement Fund may be expended for the design and construction of improvements and renovations to, and maintenance of the city owned Old Town Hall for the safety, utility and convenience of the inhabitants of the city, as the Mayor of the city shall deem appropriate from time to time, subject to any specific instructions for the expenditure of the contributions as may be established by any donor of such funds, and subject further to the filing and approval of claims for the expenditure of funds in regular course.
