It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity to perform any repair or maintenance on any vehicle or machinery on any public street, sidewalk, right-of-way or public park in the City of Huntingburg, unless such repair is necessary to move a disabled vehicle or machinery. Any such repair necessary to move a disabled vehicle or machinery shall be performed within two hours, or such vehicle or machinery shall be towed. In no event may any disabled vehicle or machinery obstruct any public right-of-way or sidewalk for any period longer than necessary to have it towed.
