The Department of Community Development shall foster economic development; supervise the implementation of community development initiatives, including, without limitation, public and private infrastructure improvements designed to enhance the economic vitality of the city; disseminate information promoting Huntingburg as vital and vibrant community; and facilitate the construction or rehabilitation of public and private buildings, facilities, and infrastructure in the city.
