For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of Huntingburg.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
USER. The person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization in whose name the municipal water utility maintains retail water services.
WATER. Water from the city municipal water system.
