§ 152.48 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after the date on which both of the following have occurred:
   (A)   The passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor, and publication as required by law; and
   (B)   The Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of Indiana has approved this chapter as required by I.C. 36-8-3 and I.C. 22-13-2-5.
