§ 152.44 MONETARY PENALTIES.
   Any person violating any provision of this Building Ordinance may be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500. The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in this Building Ordinance.
