Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-2-9, any construction, alteration, repair or addition to any building or structure shall be required to be in compliance with the adopted rules of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission. Class I and Class II buildings and structures shall be as defined under I.C. 22-12-1-4 and I.C. 22-12-1-5.
