The duly appointed Zoning Administrator of the city or the Zoning Administrator’s representative is hereby authorized to administer and enforce the following:
(A) All of the provisions of this Building Ordinance.
(B) Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11.
(C) Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
